The 韩国流行音乐 World Festival (KWF) is an annual event organized by South Korea’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs with the support of numerous government agencies. After going through a few preliminary rounds, Kpop fans are invited by the South Korean government to take part in the final rounds of the competition held every year in Changwon, South Korea.
The K-pop cover groups known as Strukpop Crew, Mangolian Namjas, and WOW were announced as grand winners during the KWF in Kathmandu and they were gifted with Samsung phones!
They have performed a remix of the Nepali song Naesam Ferri Rii, and BTS’Fire, Dope, I Need You. A one of a kind line up, eh? Take that BTS!
